Booyaka is offered under a dual license model:
- AGPLv3 License: Free and open source. Requires copyright notices to remain intact and source code to be made available when distributing the software. Read the terms of the AGPLv3 license
- Whitelabel Add-on: Purchase a whitelabel add-on to the existing AGPLv3 license, allowing you to remove Booyaka branding while still complying with open source obligations.
- Commercial License: For organizations that wish to use Booyaka without the restrictions of the AGPLv3 license, allowing for proprietary modifications and distribution without disclosing source code.

The Booyaka Whitelabel License is more like an add-on to the existing AGPLv3 license. This add-on is intended for organizations and teams that want to present Booyaka as their own product while still complying with open source obligations. This license grants the following rights:
- Branding Removal: Remove all Booyaka branding, logos, and copyright notices from your deployment.
- Custom Branding: Replace Booyaka’s visual identity with your own, including logos, colors, and product name, to create a seamless brand experience for your users.
- Internal and Commercial Use: Use Booyaka within your organization or as part of your commercial offerings, provided you comply with the AGPLv3 license terms.
- Support: Access to optional priority support and onboarding services (if applicable).
Obligations:
- You must continue to comply with the AGPLv3 license, including making source code available and retaining AGPLv3 notices in the source (even if not visible in the UI).
- You may not claim original authorship of Booyaka or misrepresent its origins.
